1. How do I create my profile?
To create your
profile, click on the Register link. Give all the necessary and optional details
asked for in the form. After you submit your information, your profile will be
created.

3. What is
a Profile ID?
A Profile ID
uniquely identifies your profile on merajeevansathi.com. Every member of
merajeevansathi.com has a unique Profile ID. The Profile ID appears at the top of
every profile. .
4. Why
lengthy registrations form?

option is at the right side of the home page and Logout options is found at the
very top of the merajeevansathi.com website. Please note that you can now log in

Profile ID, what should I do? How can I login to merajeevansathi.com?
You do not
need your Profile ID to login. To know your Profile ID login to your account
using your email id and password. You can see your Profile ID on the 'Members
Area' page. Click here to login.
8. How do I modify my profile information?
Login using
your "E-Mail ID" & "Password" and select the "Edit My Profile" option. Make the
changes in your profile. Click on the "Continue" button to update the changes.
9. How do I view a particular profile?
If you know
the Profile ID
Select the
View by Profile Id option, type the profile id and click on GO. The particular
profile will be displayed.
OR
If you don’t
know the Profile ID
Click on the
search button on the home page. And then select options for “Looking for”,
“Age”, “Religion”, “Country” and then click on SEARCH Button. Click on the
“merajeevansathi.com ID” of the profile. This shall enable you to view the
details of that profile.
10. How can I
improve my chances of finding a match?

Try to give a clear self-description.

Enter your expectations clearly and completely.

Add your photo to your profile as profiles with

click on “Account Cancellation”

Search through
our voluminous member base using the “Search” option. When you wish to contact a
member, click on the Contact Him/ Her option above every profile and an
invitation will be sent to corresponding member confirming your interest. You
can search response by clicking Accepted Members link
13. Where do I enter my expectations of an alliance?
When you register to create your profile, a form will be
displayed. Fill the Name, Email, confirm Email, choose profile ID and password
and click 'continue' button. Now you have to do is fill up your expectations in
‘Preferred Partner' section. Try to be specific, as a clear description of
preference of Expectations will yield good results. Don't add your E-mail ID or
website address in any field.
14. Where
do I enter my description of an alliance?
When you
select Register and create Profile option, a form will be displayed. Fill the
Name, Email, choose profile ID and password and click 'continue' button. Now you
have to do is fill in your description in the 'Description' field. Try to be
specific, as a good Description will yield good results. Don't add your E-mail
ID or website address in your Description field.
Photos
15. Is there any problem including your photo digitally?
If you are
having any problem in adding your photograph to your profile - kindly send your
photo as an E-mail attachment to support@indusgroup.net in jpg / gif format. We
will add it to your profile, and we shall send you the confirmation. While
sending your photograph, please mention you’re "merajeevansathi.com ID"
16. I do not have a digital photo. How do I add my photo?
If you do not
have a digital (scanned) photo you can send your photo to our office location.
We will scan it and upload it for you. This service is absolutely free.

17. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on the
Forgot Your Password link on the home page and enter your "E-mail address" or
"merajeevansathi.com ID". Your "password" will be mailed to you immediately.
18. I want to change my password. How can I do it?

Click on the "Change Password" in the list of
options displayed.

The details you had submitted while adding your
profile are displayed. In the fields - "Choose Password" and "Confirm
Password", replace your existing password with your new password and click
on "Change Password".
Your new
password is activated. The next time you log on to your page, you will have to
use the new password.
